The luxury watch manufacturer Breitling has been announced as the official timekeeper of the UAE Tour 2021. As the official timekeeper, the Swiss watchmaker will award the winner of each of the seven stages of the tour and the overall winner of the overall standings with a Breitling Endurance Pro red inner bezel ring and a strong red rubber strap, matching the official color of the UAE Tour.
The partnership marks the latest chapter in Breitling’s long and longstanding association with cycling, and continues a legacy that includes legendary riders like Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali, as well as partnerships with major competitions like the Giro d’Italia and the Tour de France.

The Breitling Endurance Pro combines an ultra-light 44-millimeter Breitlight case and a thermo-compensated SuperQuartz movement that is ten times more accurate than conventional quartz. It offers optimal comfort, incomparable precision and functionality that appeal to both committed athletes and occasional athletes.
The UAE tour started on Jan.st February and ends on 27th February. In this year’s edition, the drivers start and finish in Abu Dhabi and compete on seven different stages that show the unique landscapes of the UAE. The organizing committee will follow all necessary Covid-19 precautions to ensure the safety of drivers, teams and employees. The seven-day race came about when the Dubai Tour and the Abu Dhabi Tour merged in 2018.
