A month after their breakup, the English TV presenter announced to his Instagram followers that he was participating in a five-week “breakup recovery” program.
“I’m on the 30th day now and I have to say that it was a lifeline for me,” he enthused in October 2020. “If anyone out there needs this, DO IT!”
Christina has also healed from heartache in her own way. That same month, she revealed how she was evolving and focusing on the positive aspects in her life.
“If we have a choice of getting caught up in all the nonsense or just finding peace … I choose the anomaly,” she said. “It’s interesting how you can move from worrying about what people are saying about you to deciding not to read it. When you are officially done playing the game.”
“We all have a choice,” she continued, “choose the one that makes you feel good. I have always loved the ocean and find it relaxing – for me it is peace and perfection.”
