The Emirates Cricket Selection Committee today officially announced the 20 men who have received Emirates Cricket Central Contracts.
10 players have full-time contracts, with 10 players keeping part-time contracts. The contract period is one year.
“The selection committee is delighted with the number of young and enthusiastic players that we have identified for this group. Each of them brings a wide range of complementary skills necessary to represent the UAE strongly at both an associate and international level. “Said Dr. Tayeb Kamali, Chairman of the Emirates Cricket Selection Committee.
“As we eagerly await the journey to the ICC Men’s World Cup in 2023, opportunities such as the Emirates D10 and Emirates D20 tournaments will help prepare this group into a cohesive and high performing team.” added Dr. Kamali added.
