Avalanche defenseman sells mansion in Denver’s Belcaro neighborhood for $3.75M
Devon Toews bought his 6,000-square-foot Belcaro mansion final month for $240,000 beneath its record value. The $3.75 million sale closed on Feb. 12.
Final yr, Towes signed a seven-year contract extension with the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche. He listed the mansion on Jan. 11 for $3.99 million.
Toews and his spouse, Kerry, purchased the mansion on the 800 block of South Steele Avenue in March 2021 for $2.9 million.
The six-bedroom, five-bath house, constructed in 2020, has two fireplaces. The primary-floor open flooring plan features a kitchen with an island, eating space, lounge and workplace house.
The first suite on the second flooring features a five-piece tub. The completed basement features a moist bar with a built-in wine fridge and a recreation room.
